• Base pay per service provided (not hourly)
  
  
• 25% commission on all service upgrades performed
  
  
• 10% commission on retail sales from products you recommend and sell to your clients
  
  

• Perform a variety of professional facial and skincare treatments (training provided)
  
  
• Recommend appropriate home care products to clients based on their skincare needs
  
  
• Maintain a professional appearance and create an inviting relaxing experience for each client
  
  
• Promote your work and spa services on your professional social media page (posting and engagement required)
  
  
• Meet or exceed monthly performance goals including:
  
  
  • Client rebooking percentage
    
    
  • Average service and retail ticket amounts
    
    
  • Upgrade percentages
    
    

• Active Florida Esthetician License (Required)
  
  
• Basic facial skills and foundational skincare knowledge
  
  
• A professional and active social media page to promote services and spa offerings
  
  
• Friendly dependable and motivated to grow clientele and sales
  
  
• Open to learning and improving through training and mentorship
  
  
• Previous experience is a plus but not required new graduates are welcome!
