Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Associate or Mid-Level Procurement Agent to join our dynamic team in San Antonio Texas El Segundo California Hazelwood Missouri Huntsville Alabama Mesa Arizona Oklahoma City Oklahoma Ridley Park Pennsylvania or Tukwila Washington.

Position Responsibilities Entry Level 1:

• Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
• Supports the sourcing strategies negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
• Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.

Position Responsibilities - Associate Level 2:

• Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
• Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
• Supports sourcing strategies negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
• Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

Position Responsibilities Experienced Level 3:

• Integrates program customer product and in-service strategies into source selection negotiation and contracting strategies.
• Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
• Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
• Conducts risk issues and opportunities management.
• Manages supply and demand schedules supplier quality delivery and financial performance.
• Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options..

This position is for 1st shift.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience with Supplier Management Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes (on the job or in an educational environment)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher.
• Experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer
• Experience supporting or executing purchasing card procurements
• Experience working directly with supplier management
• Experience drafting negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Regulations Supplements (DFARS)

Typical Education/Experience:

Entry Level 1: Typically related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.

Associate Level 2: Typically 3 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.

Experienced Level 3: Typically 6 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.

Relocation:

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 40% of the time.

Oklahoma City Ok - $48450-$59850

San Antonio TX Mesa AZ and Hazelwood MO - $64350-$79800

Oklahoma City Ok - $56100-$69300

Summary pay range for Experienced Level 3:

El Segundo CA Ridley Park PA and Tukwila WA - $79900-$98700

San Antonio TX Mesa AZ and Hazelwood MO - $74800-$92400

Oklahoma City Ok - $69700-$86100
