What You Will Do

As aStrykerSpine Enabling Technologies Sales Representative you will strategically promote and sellmedical device solutions includingStrykerSpine & Cranial Navigation Imaging Systems and Surgical Planning Software. Your primary responsibility will be todrive revenue growthdevelop customer relationships andsupport surgical teamsin the operating room. You thrive in a high-performance environment andfind purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.

  • Achieve or exceedsales targetsbyidentifying qualifying and closing new business opportunities.

  • Manage and growexisting customer accountsby delivering excellent service and buildingtrustedpartnerships.

  • Confidently conduct product evaluations inthe operating roomand office settings persuasivelydemonstratingthe value of our products.

  • Educate and trainsurgeons nurses and clinical staffon the proper use care and maintenance of Strykers Enabling Technologies products.

  • Analyze sales performance and territory data using CRM tools to develop growth strategies and action plans.

  • Collaborate and communicate wins insights and challenges with yourRegional Sales Managerand cross-functional teams.

  • Deliver exceptional customer support during surgical procedures and be on-call to meet urgent needs.

What You Need

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or6 years ofequivalent professional work experience

  • Minimum of2 years of sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree

  • 5 years of B2B sales or medical device sales experiencewitha track recordof achieving or exceeding quotas.

  • Prior experience inoperating roomsales supportor clinical selling environments.

Additional Information

  • Must be able to lift and transportup to 50 poundsoccasionally and up to 20 poundsfrequently.

  • This position may require handlingmedical instruments exposed to bodily fluids; compliance with allOSHA safety standardsis mandatory.

  • Travel iswithin the assigned territory;mayinclude some overnight stays and on-call responsibilities.

  • Must have a valid drivers license

Travel Percentage: 20%
