Holland America Line is a premium cruise brand for explorers foodies and music lovers looking to see the world in style. Were searching for passionate Reservation Sales Agentswho are ready to help guests plan unforgettable vacations while working remotely!

As a Reservation Sales Agent youll handle inbound calls from Consumers and Travel Advisors turning inquiries into bookings. Youll sell cruises upgrades and add-ons using your expert product knowledge and strong sales skills. Top performers earn more sales calls are prioritized for high-converting agents.

What Youll Do

Sell cruises and travel packages directly to consumers and advisors
Convert calls into bookings and maximize revenue through upselling
Provide top-tier service and first-call resolution for reservation questions
Work independently while hitting sales quality availability and adherence targets
Leverage our tools to create exceptional guest experiences

What Youll Bring:

1 year of sales experience
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
Ability to work from home with reliable high-speed internet
Basic computer proficiency; travel industry or call center experience a plus

Schedule

Full-time starting October 20 2025
Shifts: MonFri (10:30 AM 7 PM or 10:45 AM 7:15 PM PT) plus 6 weekend days/quarter
Limited PTO during peak season (January through February); holiday & mandatory OT may apply
