Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Senior Architect to join our innovative team in Doha Qatar. As a key member of the team you will lead complex projects mentor junior staff and collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.
- Spearhead the design and development of large-scale projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers contractors and clients to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure conformance with specifications and design intent
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and drafters
- Develop and maintain client relationships understanding their needs and translating them into innovative design solutions
- Perform quantity surveys and cost estimations for accurate project tracking and reporting
- Ensure all designs meet local building codes safety standards and sustainability requirements
- Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and stakeholders
- Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and sustainable design practices
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Valid professional architecture license
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex architectural projects
- Expert knowledge of architectural design principles construction methodologies and building codes
- Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp
- Strong understanding of sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes
- Excellent communication presentation and client management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior staff
- Experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
