Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end sales operations for agency and corporate sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Looking for Navitaire expertise.
- Manage Payout related queries for Agencies.
- Manage Corporate offer depository.
- Maintain/Manage/Upload/Update all corporate and agency related data.
- Co-ordinating with internal departments to reduce turnaround time.
- Creating and maintaining corporate & agency contracts
- Responsible for maintainingCorporate/Agency revenue ancillary reports.
- Responsible for handling escalations from the trade.
- Responsible for handling Agency/Corporate liaison
- All other sales support related requirements
- Assisting internal and external teams with reports.
- Assisting in internal projects as assigned by supervisor
- Responsible for managing Application program interface and Travel agency portal queries.
- Responsible for handling agent related queries
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4 years of experience in sales operations
- Have knowledge of working on Navitaire or any other sales application
Good to have:
- Well versed with Advance Excel and preparing and reporting data
- Familiarity of aviation industry requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors or masters degree in any discipline
