Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Position Overview :
Must Have Sybase DBA IQ Replication
5 years of hands-on experience as a Sybase DBA.
Install configure and upgrade Sybase ASE and Replication Server in production and non-production environments.
Monitor database performance identify bottlenecks and implement tuning strategies.
Perform regular database backups restores disaster recovery and high availability planning.
Manage database security roles and user access in compliance with organizational policies.
Troubleshoot database issues perform root cause analysis and provide timely resolutions.
Support schema changes database migrations and upgrades.
Collaborate with application development and infrastructure teams to support database requirements.
Document database processes standards and procedures.
Strong expertise in Sybase ASE (Adaptive Server Enterprise) and Replication Server.
Proficiency in SQL scripting stored procedures triggers and performance tuning.
Experience with database backup recovery and disaster recovery planning.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and utilities for Sybase.
Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
Good understanding of database security and compliance standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
