About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our diverse and inclusive team reporting directly to the Key Account this pivotal role you will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining strategic long-term partnerships with our most valued client companies from across Indonesias diverse business landscape. Your expertise will be essential in proactively identifying and addressing client needs providing comprehensive support to resolve challenges and ensuring exceptional service delivery that drives mutual success. What Youll Be Doing

  • Serve as a Strategic Partner: Act as the primary trusted advisor and champion for your assigned client portfolio becoming their go-to expert for all recruitment and talent acquisition needs while ensuring inclusive hiring practices are promoted
  • Cultivate Exceptional Client Relationships: Proactively build and nurture strong collaborative partnerships that drive mutual success and long-term value creation ensuring sensitivity to diverse cultural contexts and business practices across Indonesias varied regions
  • Maintain Active Client Engagement: Conduct regular client visits and touchpoints across diverse geographic locations and cultural contexts ensuring relationships are strengthened while demonstrating commitment to staying closely connected to their evolving business needs
  • Deliver Market Intelligence: Research and analyze industry trends market developments and competitive landscapes ensuring valuable insights help clients make informed hiring decisions overcome recruitment challenges and build diverse inclusive teams
  • Expand Strategic Influence: Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds within client organizations ensuring broader influence and deeper partnership opportunities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Actively identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities while implementing competitive strategies ensuring clients of all sizes and sectors are served effectively to maintain JobStreets market leadership position
  • Exceed Performance Targets: Consistently meet and surpass sales revenue objectives through effective account management ensuring successful contract renewals and second product adoptions across a varied client portfolio

 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree from any major (ensuring diverse educational backgrounds and experiences are valued)
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in Sales Business Development or Account Management ensuring experience across various industries and company sizes
  • Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with major corporations across Indonesias diverse business ecosystem ensuring inclusive client engagement
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication presentation and networking skills ensuring ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and from various cultural backgrounds
  • Strong capability in developing culturally appropriate high-quality proposals reports and professional communications ensuring resonance with diverse audiences
  • Solid understanding of market research techniques data analysis and statistical analysis ensuring awareness of regional market variations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and comfortable with technology tools and platforms ensuring adaptability to various business environments
  • Professional fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia ensuring effective communication; additional regional languages are highly valued
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing hands-on account management activities ensuring success in Indonesias multicultural business environment
