Position: Legal Intern

Primary Objective:

Assist the Asia Legal Team in handling corporate secretarial work and other daily legal matters.

Work Location: Lujiazui Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the database of all legal entities

Support regulatory and compliance-related projects

Provide translation between Chinese and English

Coordinate legal fee payments

Assist the Asia Legal Team with administrative tasks

Requirements:

Major in Law

Current undergraduate (Year 3) or graduate (Year 2) student

Strong English skills particularly in translation chat and email communication

Minimum 6-month commitment with at least 3 days per week

Must be patient and detail-oriented in handling tasks
