Shift: Evening Shift 5x8s (37.5 hours/week)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $48.00 $50.00 per hour
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN)for an exciting job in Montour Falls NY.
Required:
Licensure: Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience required; supervisory experience is mandatory.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Point Click Care (PCC) electronic medical records system.
Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Other Requirements: Flexible dependable and able to adapt to facility needs and changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
Deliver safe evidence-based nursing care to patients in accordance with facility standards.
Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care based on individual needs.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
Accurately document patient assessments care and outcomes using Point Click Care.
Provide leadership and guidance to CNAs; assist with CNA duties as needed to support patient care.
Collaborate with physicians therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Ensure compliance with infection control safety and quality standards.
Maintain professionalism and serve as a resource and role model during assigned shifts.
Work alternating weekends and holidays as required.
