Job Summary
Key Hyundai of Milford is seeking an experienced motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in leading sales teams to success this could be the right opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead coach and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed dealership sales goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage daily operations of the sales department ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Track sales performance analyze metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Recruit train and retain high-performing sales staff.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and foster a positive dealership reputation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in automotive or related industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of Hyundai products and automotive sales processes is a plus.
