Job Summary
- Tasks in the context of project e.g. forecast HC forecast specific cost project calculation etc.
- Manage and support tasks/process of CTG team (Write-off/back Deepdive myMeasures TP-BP).
- Implement supporting report as Adhoc-tasks
- Support other administrative tasks as requested for e.g. BP CF and MBR.
- Responsible for central reports for CTG team e.g. Sale FC IDC report Investment tracking TEF working hour and etc.
- Tech. cost center review & reponsibility (QMC HRL DBE etc.).
Qualifications :
Education Background:
- Bachelors degree in business administration.
Qualifications:
- Good command in English.
- Basic knowledge about budgeting actual check presentation skills.
- Ability to work in cross functional teams with other departments locations entities and with different level of hierarchies.
- Ability to work under pressure and keep tight due dates.
- Excellent presentation skills and being able to present result of ProCal EVOB etc. up to executive management of plants BU region.
- Reliability / working self-responsible with limited guidance/support by supervisor.
- Being able to execute complex calculations and strong logical thinking.
- Entrepreneurial thinking..
- Commercial knowledge as background.
- Strong affiliation with IT tools (e.g. SAP).
- Strong decision making and being able to present / impose to other colleagues / departments.
- Strive to improve / develop current tools / processes and provide solutions across the plant / BU.
