Key Responsibilities:
Adheres to and supports the hotels Quality Management System.
Maintains knowledge of and follows the hotels mission vision and values.
Reports incidents affecting fire life safety or security.
Familiar with fire prevention and evacuation procedures.
Manages security office duties including key control file maintenance and cleanliness.
Conducts random staff checks and patrols of front/back of house and outdoor areas.
Monitors and controls access to guest room areas and directs visitors accordingly.
Manages traffic movement and enforces security in public spaces.
Handles Lost & Found: logging items organizing storage and returning items.
Assists with opening guest room safes as needed.
Prepares incident reports and monitors CCTV systems.
Identifies and reports maintenance safety or firefighting equipment issues to Technical Services.
Performs any other duties as assigned by Security leadership.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a security role is preferred but not required.
Valid security license/certification as required by local laws.
Strong observational problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to remain alert calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Basic knowledge of security operations and procedures.
Physically fit and able to stand walk or patrol for extended periods.
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays.
Basic computer skills for reporting and incident logging.
