Job Summary
What you will be doing:
- Provide a friendly personalised welcome and attentive service to guests adapting to their needs and constraints
- Establish good relations with guests offering advice and fostering customer loyalty
- Prepare and maintain the restaurant including point of sale and preparation areas
- Deliver efficient waiter service including knowledge of dish composition and handling any shortages
- Recommend and promote F&B and bar offers as well as other hotel services
- Contribute to meeting department targets by respecting procedures and internal audits
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the workplace adhering to HACCP regulations
- Ensure proper care of equipment crockery and appliances
- Apply hotel security regulations and safety guidelines for all equipment used
- Convey an attitude in tune with the brand contributing to the friendly atmosphere of the restaurant
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Highly guest-oriented with a strong sense of service and attention to quality.
- Creative energetic and possesses a dynamic personality.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality settings is a strong advantage.
