Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize rooms bathrooms hallways and common areas according to established standards.
Change linens make beds and restock room supplies.
Vacuum carpets sweep/mop floors dust surfaces and clean windows.
Dispose of trash and recyclables in a safe and sanitary manner.
Report any maintenance issues safety hazards or damages to the supervisor.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies; ensure proper storage and usage.
Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Respond promptly and politely to customer or guest requests.
Adhere to confidentiality and privacy guidelines especially in residential or hotel environments.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Good physical stamina; able to stand lift bend and move for extended periods.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
