We currently have opportunities for Programme Directors to join the RLAM Enterprise Projects team on a permanent basis in London.
The Programme Director at RLAM is responsible for overseeing and managing strategic initiatives ensuring that multiple projects and workstreams align with the companys investment goals and business strategy.
This leadership role involves coordinating resources managing risks and ensuring the successful delivery of programmes that build investment propositions enhance operational RLAMs operating model or improve the client experience.

About you
Demonstrable experience relevant to leading a transformational programme circa 7m in value.
Proven accountability for influencing budgets and then managing within them.
Proven advanced stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organisation including board level.
A track record of establishing a programme of work from the bottom up based solely on strategic objectives
Demonstrable successful implementation experiences relevant to delivery of a strategic programme of work that supports business strategy
Expert knowledge of wider industry change best practice.
Understanding key business and technology demands and trends within asset management desirable.
Strong facilitation skills and a proven ability to influence to ensure decisions are made in a timely and objective manner delivering business benefits to realise value and capability improvement.
