Job Summary
What we are offering:
A Stock-Controller in our Flagship store in Regent Street.
On a day-to-day basis at Maje you will welcome our customers offer them a personalised and emotional experience develop customer loyalty improve the client portfolio of the store handle transactions and stock implement visual merchandising guidelines .
As Stock - Controller you will :
Stock Management
- Manage daily supplies.
- Respecting delivery processing deadlines.
- Ensuring proper stock management: receiving deliveries checking
- the quantity and quality of items labelling and putting away products.
- Organise the daily restocking of the sales area.
- Manage supplies (based on feedback from managers shortages and
- delivery anomalies).
- Manage defective products deliveries (pending packages delivery
- discrepancies) as well as returns and product transfers.
- Monitor and regulate stocks (negative defective etc.) by computer.
- Checking the anti-theft devices on the sales floor and in the
- storeroom.
- Ensuring the application of stock procedures.
- Organise daily inventories of the sales area and stock.
- Organise the storage space and ensure that it is tidy
- Establish the stock reporting for the sales outlet.
