He/She will be Deputy manager of the Information Technology (IT) department which encompasses functional areas such as systems management systems administration development and systems validation/documentation. His/Her task is helping the Chief Information Officer (CIO) to develop IT departments strategy aligned with Group corporate strategy. Leads the IT Business Partners supervising the execution of IT projects and services to keep the business running.Organizational position: Reporting to the local CIO.Key Responsibilities and tasks:- Strategy:
- Align IT department strategies setup by the CIO with business goals requiring a deep understanding of both technology and business operations.
- Collaborate with the CIO in the definition of IT strategies to streamline processes reduce costs and improve overall efficiency.
- Innovation: Staying ahead of technological trends and proposing to the CIO the implementation of innovative solutions.
- Resource Allocation:
- Efficiently managing the internal personal assigned under his responsibility.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and attract IT talent on his area.
- Change Management: Lead digital transformation initiatives assigned by the CIO managing organizational change and overcoming resistance.
- Manage Service delivery through internal team and outsourced services for Business areas supported within IT (Corporate Human Resources Commercial R&D and Operations).
- Ensure implementation of IT Projects in time cost and quality.
- Supervise Applications Maintenance and Outsourced services (including contract management).
- Lead the Business partners team to guarantee optimal service delivery and project execution.
- Ensure alignment with the rest of the IT Department: Infrastructure Technology and Security.
- Comply with and enforce regulations and good manufacturing practices in IT developments. Ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
Working Experience & Tech Skills:- 10 years of experience working in a similar position in IT departments or positions of similar responsibility in the industrial sector (relevant experience in the Pharma industry will be a plus).
Additional skills non mandatory but valuable for the position:- Desirable high knowledge in Microsoft 365 SAP and Pharma CRM technologies.
Soft skills:- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational leadership abilities and time-management skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- Empathy and Negotiation skills.
Education and Training:- BSc/BA in Computer Science Engineering or a related field;
- MSc/MA will be appreciated.
Languages:- Spanish:Native language otherwise business fluent.
- English:Good Business English required (B2).
