Evening Nurse $12000 Sign On Bonus
Evening Nurse (RN or LPN)
Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Pay:$31.00 $47.50 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus:$12000.00 for Full-Time (pro-rated for part-time)

Broad Reach Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and compassionateEvening Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. Inthis role youll provide consistent high-quality nursing care to residentswho call our community home. Youll build meaningful relationships withresidents and families while ensuring comfort safety and dignity each day.

Responsibilities- Provide daily nursing care and medication administration according to each residents care plan.
- Observe record and report changes in resident conditions to the clinical team.
- Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff.
- Ensure a safe comfortable and respectful environment for residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote resident wellness.
- Follow all facility state and federal regulations for long-term care.
- Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license (required).
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Compassionate dependable and resident-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a caring team.
- Competitive pay: $31.00$47.50/hour (based on experience).
