Salary: $85000 $95000 p/a Performance Bonuses Vehicle Allowance Benefits.

We are working with a fast-growing general contracting firm that is looking for a skilled Construction Superintendent to join their team in the DallasFort Worth area.

This role is ideal for someone with strong field leadership and hands-on experience across commercial and luxury residential builds. Youll take ownership of projects from start to finish ensuring quality safety and smooth delivery while working closely with owners architects and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial residential and multifamily projects
Coordinate subcontractors materials inspections and schedules
Maintain clear communication with owners architects and trades
Ensure quality control safety and compliance with project specifications
Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs daily reports and punch lists
Support estimating and participate in bid walks

Skills and Experience:

5 years experience in commercial and/or high-end residential construction
Proven background in restaurant construction tenant improvements and finish-outs
Familiarity with DFW permitting processes and inspections
Proficiency with Procore Buildertrend or similar project management software
Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
Reliable transportation; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Strong network of trusted subcontractors is highly desirable
