About the Role
This role is responsible for performing comprehensive financial analysis and operational oversight related to new acquisitions. The Senior Analyst will participate in pre-close and post-close accounting working capital and opening balance sheet calls with the target. The Senior Analyst with support from the Manager will be responsible for calculating working capital estimates pre-close calculating working capital true ups post close assisting with preparation of the opening balance sheet by gathering support for the balance sheet accounts and preparing and posting journal entries in accordance with Acrisure addition the Senior Analyst will work with Financial Planning & Analysis obtain and review the financial pro-forma and upload it into Workday. This role also provides support to the Corporate Accounting team to ensure Workday companies and cost centers are established in accordance with Acrisure policy. The Senior Analyst will also assist in tracking working capital holdbacks other acquisition related holdbacks and escrow balances.
By providing detailed reviews developing solutions and strategies and surfacing actionable insights the Senior Analyst ensures accuracy and efficiency while supporting the Manager with escalated issues and strategic decision-making.
