Compensation & Schedule:

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday 40 hours per week in-office.
• Pay Range: $24 - $29 per hour
• Annual Bonus: Discretionary Year-End Bonus

We serve a unique mix of wholesale and retail customers which allows us to operate outside of traditional retail hours. We are closed on nights Sundays and holidays giving our employees a better work-life balance.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Supplies Buyer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical/communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate procurement records. This individual will consistently collaborate with internal teams to ensure we efficiently meet customer needs and maintain stock levels.

A Day in the Life:
As an Industrial Supplies Buyer you will work closely with the sales team and vendors to procure industrial products ensuring we remain stocked with over 40000 SKUs and can source hard-to-find items for our customers. Your role will be essential in maintaining efficient procurement processes and securing the best products at the best prices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned product lines balancing in-stock purchasing and special orders.
• Research products vendors and compare prices and quality to ensure the best options.
• Work with vendors to gather product information negotiate pricing and secure delivery schedules.
• Determine procurement methods including direct purchases or bids.
• Maintain procurement records and track product performance and quality.
• Collaborate with quality control to address defective or unacceptable goods.

Experience and Skills:

Skills & Experience Required:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Analytical: Strong analytical skills and curiosity
• ERP: Experience with ERP systems
• Organizational: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
• Team & Communication: Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities and vendors in a fast-paced environment
