About the Role

Were looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who thrives in high-velocity customer-facing environments.

Youll be embedded directly with clients to design build and deploy AI systems that automate complex workflows in the financial and compliance domain.

This role requires someone who can combine strong analytical skills with practical software development capabilities someone whos as comfortable discussing customer needs as they are debugging code or shipping production features.

Youll work hands-on across the full lifecycle: scoping building deploying and scaling intelligent systems that power critical operations.

What Youll Do

• Build configure and launch AI agents to automate real-world workflows.

• Write production-grade backend and full-stack code (Python Java TypeScript) to integrate with existing systems and platforms.

• Translate ambiguous customer requests into actionable technical specifications and deliver working solutions rapidly.

• Manage reliability performance and security across client deployments.

• Serve as the technical point of contact for key accounts ensuring trust through delivery speed and impact.

• Collaborate closely with leadership and product teams to feed customer insights back into the platform roadmap.

• Travel as needed (approximately one week per month) for deployments and customer engagements.

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of experience in software engineering integration or customer-facing technical roles.

• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Java and TypeScript.

• Experience building or deploying AI-driven systems or process automation tools.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

• Self-starter mindset with a bias toward ownership and end-to-end execution.

• Ability to work extended hours and thrive in a demanding fast-moving environment (onsite 8am8pm six days/week).
