Residential Maintenance Technician

Location:
Cincinnati OH

Employment Type:Full-Time Onsite 9am-5pm

Compensation:$27$32 per hour (depending on experience)

We are working with a well-established property management company seeking a skilled and dependableResidential Maintenance Technicianto join their growing team inGreater Cincinnati OH. Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical plumbing carpentry and general maintenance tasks
Maintain and repair residential apartment units
Prepare vacant units for turnover in a timely manner
Ensure overall curb appeal and property upkeep
Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications:

Previous residential maintenance experience
Strong technical skills across general building systems
Valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle required
Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently
HVAC and/or EPA certifications are a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly pay: $27$32/hour (commensurate with experience)
