JORC Industrial sells condensate management and energy-saving products within the compressed air industry worldwide.
Job Summary
As our full-time Senior Inside Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for all internal sales activities including sales order input incoming and outgoing sales calls helping us to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction. Basically to optimize support for our Area Sales Managers who are travelling and visiting customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming and outgoing customer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Coordinate the prompt handling of all customer service requests including order entry and quoting. Including Intercompany contact within the Group.
- Marketing activities.
- Take an active role in selling JORC products and services during customer interaction.
- CRM system maintenance.
Basic Qualifications
- Education: HBO.
- Ability to work with all levels of employees and management both internally and externally.
- Good time-management.
- Microsoft proficiency (Word Excel Outlook).
- Experience with Navision (ERP) and (CRM) Maximizer or Salesforce is a plus
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Fully site based at JORC in Heerlen Netherlands.
Key Competencies
- Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
- Good communication skills and accuracy.
- A good command of (foreign) languages (English is a must) in speech and writing.
- Fluent in Dutch.
