Dow is op zoek naar een Procesoperator om team Dow te versterken in Delfzijl Nederland.

Bij Dow werk je in de fabriek met productie-installaties waarin steeds de nieuwste technologische ontwikkelingen worden toegepast. Door een combinatie van binnen- en buitenwerkzaamheden leer je de fabriek tot in detail kennen. Je kunt daardoor verbanden tussen verschillende systemen leggen en je bent eventuele problemen altijd één stap voor. Samen met je collegas voer je de diverse werkzaamheden uit waarbij open communicatie en veiligheid voorop staan. Zo zorgen we samen dat onze producten van uitstekende kwaliteit blijven.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Je volgt het beleid om een veilige werking van de fabriek te garanderen en de productiedoelstellingen binnen de kwaliteitsnormen te behalen.
- Je bedient en controleert procesapparatuur.
- Je voert geplande operationele taken uit en taken die ontstaan als gevolg van het oplossen van ongeplande gebeurtenissen.
- Je werkt samen met teamleden van de ploegendienst en andere ploegendiensten om elkaars kennis te benutten en om de werklast in evenwicht te houden. Je zorgt ook voor een effectieve aflossing tijdens de ploegendienst.
- Je gebruikt je proceskennis en -vaardigheden om verbeteringen aan te brengen in de prestaties van de fabriek.
- Je voert zelfstandig onderhoud uit inclusief kleine reparaties en preventief onderhoud waarbij je gebruik maakt van de juiste procedures.
Kwalificaties
- Je hebt een mbo-opleiding niveau 4 richting procestechniek afgerond of verwacht deze af te ronden;
- Of je hebt een andere technische mbo 4 opleiding hebt afgerond en je ben bereid naast je werk een aanvullende opleiding procestechniek te volgen;
- Je bent een teamspeler die goed kan omgaan met verantwoordelijkheid en beslissingen durft te nemen.
