Job Summary

Power BI Developer for Exciting Projects Hybrid in Guadalajara

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with at least 6 years of experience to join a dynamic team within. This role involves designing building and configuring dashboards and data models to meet complex business needs with a focus on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and data needs.
Analyze datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
Maintain accuracy consistency and integrity of data within BI systems.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in data analytics.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and data modeling techniques.
Proven expertise in creating Power BI dashboards.
Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of IT experience (overall career).
Bachelors degree or higher in a related field.
Advanced English (C1 C2).
Excellent communication teamwork commitment and proactive attitude.

Location & Schedule:

Hybrid role: 3 days per week onsite at Piso 2 WTC Guadalajara.
Candidates must reside in Guadalajara or nearby areas (Zapopan Tlaquepaque Guadalajara).
Work hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00.
