About the role:

As a Core Practitioner at Northcott I will deliverto customers seeking individualised support working collaboratively with customers staff and families using a Positive Behaviour Support approach. This includes supporting Northcott staff in implementing monitoring and reviewing Person-Centred Behaviour Support strategies and documentation working within a capacity-building model alongside various stakeholders and delivering Person-Centred Behaviour Support training as required.

Iwill bring:

• A tertiary qualification and experience in the disability and/or community sector
• A Behaviour Support Practitioner Identification
• A current drivers licence
  
• A commitment to person-centred evidence-based practice
• Strong time management skills to meet service delivery targets and deadlines
• A team-first attitude and the ability to work independently in the community
