Responsibilities:

Source and attract IT talent through professional networking and use of various social media tools.
Build strong relationships with candidates to understand career goals.
Interview IT candidates for direct hire and contract roles.
Stay up to date on market trends emerging technologies and competitive pay rates.

Required Skills:

2 years of sales or recruiting experience in a technical environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service.
Must possess the ability to work independently to achieve results.
Strong analytical skills along with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong work ethic along with a competitive spirit.
