The Boeing CompanyTheBoeing Order Management and Procurement team is seeking a Procurement Agent (Associate/Experienced) in Dallas TX/Seattle WA . This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services BGS Supply Chain - Long Term Contracting.
This position will support our Order Management team. The Order Management team creates and develops request for proposals based on a set of requirements solicits the supply base for compliant proposals negotiates acquisition costs and ensures on time delivery of aerospace machined parts. This team is also responsible for order placement adjustments and cancellations as required to support the business.
Position Responsibilities:
The candidate must possess strong business acumen communication and problem solving skills.
Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is required.
Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
Supports the sourcing strategies negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.
Spares pricing and lead-time negotiations.
Collaboration with other internal teams to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of our internal and external customers requirements.
Associate Level; Can perform the above tasks with little or general supervision
Experienced Level; Can perform the above tasks with no supervision and can assist others
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
2 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
2 years of experience in Negotiations.
2 years of experience working in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines.
Able to travel 10% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors Degree or higher preferred.
Experience in contracts and proposals.
Experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations.
Experience negotiating price and schedule with customers.
Experience using SAP software.

Summary pay range:
Associate: $64600 - $87400
Experienced: $79900 - 108100
