Now seeking Maintenance Technicians to ensure the seamless operation of mechanical electrical electronic hydraulic and pneumatic equipment along with facilities maintenance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting repairs and enhancements to processes with a focus on safety and maintaining tidy work environments.
Duties:
Including but not limited to:
Electrical
- Able to interpret simple wire diagrams and drawings related to electrical systems
- Ability to test check troubleshoot and repair faulty electrical components
- Ability to change motors solenoids and other electrical equipment
- Able to work with 480V power and their distribution systems
- Good understanding of wire diagrams and drawings related to electrical systems and motors
- Good knowledge of electrical theory codes material properties and electrical equipment operating principles Working knowledge of PLC systems
- Knowledge of transducers thermocouples and other sensors
Mechanical Hydraulic
- Understanding of mechanical design assembly drawings and hydraulic drawings
- Ability to test check troubleshoot and repair faulty mechanical and hydraulic components
- Ability to change pumps motors piping drive components furnace parts and other equipment
- Good understanding of mechanical design hydraulic and assembly drawings
- Good knowledge of theory material properties and principles of operation of mechanical and hydraulic equipment
Mechanical and Hydraulic Equipment
- Ability to remove and install most mechanical components and equipment
- Able to repair departmental gas-fired equipment
Welding
- Ability to weld cut and fabricate parts and assemblies using welding shop tools and equipment
- Knowledge of theory material properties and principles of operation of mechanical equipment
- Good knowledge of theory material properties and principles of operation of mechanical equipment
Other Qualifications
- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- High school education (preferred)
