ATR Internship- Research, analysis and modelling of Handling Qualities methodologies for preliminary aircraft design

Être alternant chez ATR cest être intégré au sein dune équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre dintervention et des responsabilités.

Au sein de léquipe des Future Projects and R&T vous contribuerez au développement dun outil de Qualité de vol:

• Déclinaison des exigences règlementaires propres aux Qualités de Vol
• Prise en main de loutil interne (codé en Python) et modifications pour améliorer la modélisation existante (critères dynamiques au sol latéral)
• Comparaison des résultats avec les outils de référence analyse des différences
• Modélisation pour une application à de nouvelles configurations avion et trade-off
• Intégration des méthodes dans la chaîne de modélisation avant-projet

Ce stage est fait pour vous :

• Vous êtes dans une formation dun niveau BAC 5 dans le domaine de lEngineering / Aéronautique ou équivalent
• Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de Python
• Vous avez des connaissances en Aérodynamique Mécanique du Vol et Qualités de Vol
• Des connaissances en Overall Aircraft Design seraient un plus
• Rigoureux (se) curieux (se) et autonome
• Doté (e) dun sens relationnel et bonne capacité de communication
• Capacité dintégration dans une équipe et souplesse dadaptation
• Aptitude danalyse et de synthèse
• Pourvu(e) desprit déquipe
• Anglais et Français courant

Within Future projects and R&T team you will contribute to develop a tool for Handling Qualities:

• Handling qualities criteria based on regulation
• Development of the internal tool (Python based) and modifications to improve existing modeling (dynamic criteria ground lateral)
• Comparison with reference tool analysis of discrepancies
• Modelling for an application to new aircraft configurations and trades
• Integration of methods in the Future project modelling chain

This internship is designed for you

• Master level (BAC5) in Engineering / Aerospace or equivalent
• Fluent in Python
• Knowledge in Aerodynamics Flight Mechanics and Handling Qualities
• Knowledge in Overall Aircraft Design would be appreciated
• Rigorous curious and autonomous
• Good communication skills
• You can integrate yourself within a team and adapt to changes
• Analysis and synthesis skill
• Fluent in English and French
