About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our Finance & Accounting squads. Youll play a key role in maintaining and improving our ERP processes with a strong focus on accounting and financial operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on high-impact systems and wants to contribute to the evolution of a fast-growing fintech company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop customize and maintain Odoo modules focusing mainly on Accounting Sales and Purchasing.
Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure system processes align with business requirements.
Design test and deploy new features to optimize ERP workflows.
Collaborate in a Scrum environment with cross-functional squads.
Maintain code repositories and contribute to best practices in version control using GitHub.

Requirements

Experience working with Natives Odoo Accounting reports.
Experience working with APIs.
Experience in creating XLSX reports (or other formats) with direct database queries from Odoo.
2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo (experience beyond this is a strong plus).
Solid understanding of Odoos Accounting Sales and Purchasing modules.
Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL and BigQuery) this is mandatory.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Venezuelan accounting and tax legislation.
Experience working in projects under Scrum or Agile methodologies.
