Essential Duties
Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly upbeat attitude.
Answer questions and direct customers to the appropriate person or location.
Manage service drive traffic flow and parking.
Verify customer appointments and record essential vehicle information (name VIN tag number mileage and existing damage).
Assist the lot attendant and service staff as needed.
Maintain a clean safe and organized service drive area.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred.
No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
Certificates & Licenses
Valid Drivers License required.
Work Environment
Indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
