Asset Servicing Analyst (8 Month FTC)

OVERALL SUMMARY

This role is primarily responsible for dividend and corporate action processing across the various business areas of the asset management division.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing and reconciling of corporate action entitlements including collection of fund manager instructions for voluntary events
• Ongoing support of CBAMs Proxy Voting policy and process
• Processing of dividend entitlements to client portfolios including the completion of dividend mandate forms
• Updating of dividend entitlements for deceased clients to ensure accurate production of probate valuations
• Input of instructions relating to corporate actions to custodian systems and CREST GUI
• Analysis collation and distribution of disclosure data

The role may require late finishes to the working day in time of high volumes

Regulatory responsibilities Compliance/T&C

• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.
  
• Understand follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business. Follow principles and rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the internal requirements set out in the Compliance Manual local and Group Compliance and Risk policies.

• Excellent Corporate Action and Dividend experience
• Good all round securities knowledge
• Competent in Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
• Previous exposure CREST GUI and custodian systems
