What Youll Do

  • Deliver exceptional service over the phone in line with company quality standards.

  • Provide prompt feedback and solutions to customer requests or cases.

  • Educate customers about products and services identifying opportunities to upsell through outstanding service.

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the internal database.

  • Use specialized tools and software to support internal operations and troubleshoot effectively.

What Were Looking For

  • Fluent English (minimum B2 level).

  • Strong communication skills with a naturally positive and empathetic attitude.

  • Confident problem-solver with patience and attention to detail.

  • Team-oriented reliable and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

  • Good computer literacy and multitasking ability.

  • Prior customer service or communication experience is an advantage.
