Your Role: Experienced Service Advisor
Were seeking a skilled customer-focused Service Advisor who already knows how to excel in a fast-paced high-end dealership environment. The ideal candidate will bring proven automotive service experience exceptional communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Greet and assist customers with professionalism confidence and care.
Create and manage repair orders accurately and efficiently.
Communicate repair recommendations and service updates clearly and transparently.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
Exceed customer expectations and maintain top CSI scores.
Maintain required Audi Academy certifications and contribute to team success.
What Were Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor (Audi or luxury brand preferred)
Proven success in achieving service sales and customer satisfaction goals
Strong communication organization and multitasking skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with DMS and CRM systems
Professional punctual and motivated to grow in a performance-driven team
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
