Job Summary
This position will be responsible for cleaning and prepping units campus wide to ensure units are presentable for tours and are in move in ready condition. Must maintain a high standard of cleaning possess the ability to be flexible and multi-task be detailed oriented and have good communion skills. This position reports directly to the Director of Housekeeping/Laundry but works closely with Marketing and Admissions to expedite turnaround time for units to be cleaned and prepped once a unit is vacated and/or is sold.
Hours of work 7:00 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. Monday thru Friday No Holidays Weekends only on an as needed basis.
