Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Telehealth Nurse to join our team. As a Telehealth Nurse you will play a crucial role in providing remote healthcare services to our clients. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to our clients through virtual consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct telehealth consultations with clients to assess their health needs and provide appropriate care

- Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans for clients

- Monitor and track clients progress and make necessary adjustments to their treatment plans

- Educate clients on health and wellness topics and provide resources for self-care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records for all clients

- Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling clients health information

- Stay updated on the latest telehealth technologies and best practices to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to improve and enhance our telehealth services

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferably in telehealth or remote care

- Strong knowledge of telehealth technologies and platforms

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

- Passion for providing high-quality care and support to clients
