Position: Associate Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients architects and multidisciplinary design teams
- Produce coordinated design drawings BIM models specifications reports and site observation documents
- Coordinate with utility providers and secure electrical permits through Plan Check

Prepare technical and financial proposals for new projects
-
Oversee and mentor Project Engineers and Technicians ensuring quality control
-
Develop concept and preliminary engineering solutions through to detailed design
-
Write and review technical specifications

Monitor and report on project financial performance and resource utilization

Keep senior stakeholders informed and ensure client objectives are met

Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth
-
Proactively manage workload to meet deadlines and project commitments
- Contribute to delivering profitable projects through effective project administration
