Senior Civil Engineer
Location: Tulsa OK (Relocation Assistance Available)
About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Engineer to join their multi-state civil design practice. Youll lead site-development projects across local regional and national markets (lower 48 states) serving Federal municipal retail commercial healthcare and industrial clients. This role offers both technical leadership on large multi-discipline programs and mentorship of junior engineers and designers.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of site development projects: scope definition feasibility studies design proposals engineering reports and construction-phase support

Develop and maintain QA/QC checklists production drawing templates and Civil 3D modeling standards

Prepare cost estimates and proposals; participate in client presentations and city/county development reviews

Coordinate with geotechnical and survey teams; conduct site visits and document existing conditions
-
Mentor civil designers and technicians; drive continuous improvement in workflows and standards
Qualifications

Bachelors (or Masters) Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
-
Professional Engineer (PE) license in multiple states (required)
- 5-10 years of site-civil design experience including architectural/build-environment projects

Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Strong understanding of local codes industry illustration standards and Federal Facility Criteria

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage clients and regulators
-
Comfortable estimating fees preparing proposals and accommodating occasional overnight travel
