Thrive Early Learning Centres is seeking an experienced and motivated Centre Manager/Director (Centre Leader) to lead our team in Mount Druitt. About the Role
As Centre Leader youll lead your team with integrity confidence and a strong commitment to quality. Youll manage the day-to-day operations of the centre support your educators engage families and ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and inspire a team of passionate educators
- Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth compliant and high-quality practices
- Build strong relationships with families staff and the local community
- Manage enrolments occupancy budgets and staffing
- Maintain high standards in educational programming and regulatory compliance
What Were Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQS EYLF and Regulations)
- Current NSW Employee Working with Children Check First Aid CPR Child Protection & Asthma/Anaphylaxis training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a difference
