We are looking for a passionate results-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Success Associate. At CompStak our mission is to revolutionize the commercial real estate industry by bringing transparency to our clients and our Client Success team sits at the heart of this mission. As a CSA you will cultivate exceptional experiences and sustained value for CompStak customers by acting as their trusted advisor and advocate from point of sale through renewal. Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a roster of assigned CompStak customers to deliver consistent value across the entire customer lifecycle
- Manage the onboarding of new customers; gain insight into customer goals and expectations and work to decrease the time-to-value across your portfolio
- Coordinate and deliver basic and advanced training while advising customers on best practices
- Resolve customer issues alone and through collaboration with other CompStak teams; approach all situations with curiosity and creativity
- Build strong customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement and communication; conduct routine account performance planning and business reviews
- Perform data-driven reviews and analysis on customer usage and needs to prioritize opportunity and risk; consistently renew and expand customer contracts meeting and exceeding personal and team goals
- Drive customer advocacy in the form of references referrals and case studies
- Own our University vertical including new sales onboarding and implementation
- Actively participate in the evolution of CompStak; insist on excellence in our own Client Success initiatives
- Contribute towards the development of a strong team environment by upholding high work standards
- Go the extra mile to ensure our customers are successful!
Skills & Experience
- Unrivaled sense of autonomy ownership and dedication to helping customers realize their intended value
- Energetic and self-motivated; a team player who is also a proactive and creative problem solver
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to details
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal; consistent diplomacy tact and poise when working through customer issues and escalations
- Deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry
- Working knowledge of and other customer success tools
- Undergraduate degree (BA/BS)
Great if you have
- 2 years experience in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success roles
- A verifiable track record of customer retention and growth through passionate customer service
Total Compensation range: $67000 - $95000
