As part of their growth Wondercide is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join the Wondercide Pack.

The Role

Every member of our Pack plays a part in our mission. Curiosity drives us collaboration connects us and innovation keeps us moving forward. Were seeking a Full Stack Developer to help evolve our digital ecosystem making our systems smarter our store faster and our customer experience even this role youll support Wondercides digital infrastructure by developing maintaining and enhancing our technology stack across eCommerce fulfillment and internal systems. Youll build scalable efficient and reliable solutions that strengthen operational performance and elevate the customer experience from click to doorstep. This position is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology someone with strong technical skills a natural curiosity for problem-solving and a collaborative spirit to partner closely with our Marketing Creative Fulfillment and IT teams.

Core Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain custom Shopify solutions

Develop and refine custom storefront features apps and integrations that power our Shopify Plus experience. Youll make the site faster smarter and more flexible always with a mobile-first mindset. Goals include: Site speed <200ms TTFB multi-variant catalog subscription/loyalty integrations robust promo engine data pipelines to finance/ops experimentation at scale.

2. Connect systems and streamline operations

Integrate Shopify with internal tools (ERP CRM fulfillment marketing etc.) to keep data flowing cleanly across departments. Identify bottlenecks and engineer solutions that save time and reduce friction.

3. Solve problems and support the business

Be the go-to technical partner for cross-department requests and troubleshooting. Youll fix bugs manage releases and make sure the technology stack runs smoothly day to day.

4. Experiment test and improve

Run A/B tests research new technologies and push for better performance and conversion. Youll help shape how Wondercide grows through smart data-informed development.

5. Enable data access and reporting

Build tools and queries that surface key business data from Shopify and other systems. Deliver clean actionable reports for Marketing Growth and Operations to drive insight and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or comparable Work Experience
• 4 years of full-stack development experience (preferably within eCommerce or SaaS environments)
• Proficiency with Shopify and modern web technologies ((Hydrogen/Liquid Node/TypeScript GraphQL Postgres/BigQuery GA4 CDP AWS/Oxygen)
• Strong troubleshooting prioritization and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Proficiency with collaborative tools like Git
• eCommerce Platforms including Shopify Shipstation Yotpo Recharge Retention Science Klaviyo Swell Rewards and Zendesk
• Google Workspace business landscape
