Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking RN Quality Assurance Nursefor an exciting job in Flagstaff AZ.

Responsibilities:

Conduct audits of patient records care plans and medication administration for accuracy and compliance
Monitor infection control and quality indicators such as falls pressure injuries and medication errors
Review incident reports and assist with corrective action planning
Educate and train staff on quality improvement and regulatory requirements
Prepare documentation for state surveys and inspections
Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to implement performance improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate and confidential QA records and reports

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (State of Arizona or compact)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute long-term care or similar setting
Experience in quality assurance or compliance preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification
