About the role
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at AutoStore Co. Rayong Thailand. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our distribution centre ensuring efficient and effective warehouse management. As Warehouse Supervisor you will play a vital role in supporting our growing manufacturing and logistics business.

What youll be doing

- Align warehouse operations with the companys strategies goals and directions.

- Support management decisions in executing the warehouse strategy.

- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to establish strategies and goals for efficient warehouse organization and operations.

- Communicate important warehouse-related issues to the Warehouse Manager/Department Coordinator.

- Develop and maintain professional routines standards and processes within the warehouse area.
- Ensure high-quality work processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

- Actively support and implement the companys QDC philosophy with the following priorities:

Q Quality
D Delivery
C Cost

- Perform day-to-day warehouse activities including but not limited to:

Organizing warehouse articles.
Receiving and checking incoming goods.
Safekeeping and storing goods.
Delivering goods to production.

- Maintain tools machines and equipment in good working condition at all times.

- Ensure the warehouse and working areas are clean safe and well-organized.

- Actively contribute as a team member to achieve company strategies and plans.

- Support the efficient implementation of LEAN methodologies within the warehouse.

- Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager/Department Coordinator within the scope of the role.

- Maintain strong knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

What were looking for

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry

- Fluence in English communication reading & writing.

- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes

- Excellent problem-solving decision-making and organisational skills

- Proficient in using data analysis tools to measure and improve warehouse performance

- Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a team of warehouse personnel

- Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
