What Youll Do

Prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical building services projects.

Review specifications drawings and tender documents.

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.

Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver winning bids

Support continuous improvement in estimating processes.

What Were Looking For

Previous experience as a Mechanical Estimator within building services or construction.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC plumbing and public health systems.

Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.

A proactive approach with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Ambition to grow with the business and develop into senior positions.

Package

50000 - 80000 salary based on experience. There will be bonus and car allowance negotiations as well.
