Sie sind ein erfahrener Mechaniker mit Leidenschaft für die Wartung und Optimierung industrieller dieser Rolle sind Sie Teil unseres Instandhaltungsteams am Standort Wiesbaden einem der modernsten und sichersten Chemiestandorte weltweit. Sie tragen zur Zuverlässigkeit und Leistungsfähigkeit unserer Anlagen bei und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf.

Sie arbeiten überwiegend in Tagschicht gelegentlich auch im abgestimmten Wechselschichtbetrieb (Tagschicht/Spätschicht bis 21:00 Uhr) inklusive Bereitschaftsdienst an vereinzelten Wochenenden und Feiertagen.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Lokalisierung und Behebung von Störungen an Produktionsanlagen
• Wartung und Reparatur hydraulischer pneumatischer und mechanischer Systeme
• Durchführung von Kalibrierungen und vorbeugenden Wartungsarbeiten
• Sicherstellung der Anlagensicherheit vor Wartungs- und Reparatureinsätzen
• Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme neuer Produktionsanlagen
• Umsetzung kleiner technischer Modifikationen an Anlagen
• Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Arbeitsaufträgen im SAP-PM-System

Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Mechanik oder vergleichbar
• Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der chemischen oder verwandten Industrie
• Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit
• Selbstständige strukturierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise mit lösungsorientiertem Denken
• Ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein
• Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit an neue Situationen
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse Grundkenntnisse in Englisch wünschenswert

Ihre Fähigkeiten

• Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Wartung und Reparatur mechanischer hydraulischer und pneumatischer Systeme
• Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Wartungsdokumentationen
• Sie arbeiten routiniert mit ERP-Systemen wie SAP-PM zur Bearbeitung von Arbeitsaufträgen
• Sie bringen ein ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein mit und halten sich konsequent an Sicherheitsvorgaben
• Sie sind in der Lage technische Probleme systematisch zu analysieren und eigenständig Lösungen zu entwickeln
• Sie zeigen Flexibilität im Umgang mit wechselnden Anforderungen und neuen Technologien
• Sie kommunizieren klar und effektiv im Team und tragen aktiv zur Zusammenarbeit bei
• Sie verfügen über gute Deutschkenntnisse und idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
