Senior Ivalua Functional Design & Configuration Expert

The Role:

We are searching for a responsible professional to design & configure the customers Ivalua solution.

Able to lead the functional (Design) workstream (or workstream area/module) in the project i.e. to demonstrate the Ivalua module functionalities explain options for configuration with recommendations. And explains the design decisions needed from the customer and plan for when the final decisions are required. For the entire workstream (or area/module) follow-up and drive the completion of design including facilitating workshops and customer meetings to gather the necessary decisions with or without smaller configurations to support the customers design decisions.

Once design is completed complete the Build & Test for workstream (area/module) and take ownership for the customer completing successfully the testing (or area/module testing).

Including ensuring that related migration and training activities are completed for workstream (area/module)

As a Senior Ivalua Configuration & Technical Developer you will focus on:

• Validating and executing the design plan
• Completing Ivalua functional configuration design and design blueprint documentation
• Delivering the configuration build (sprint) plan and be responsible for delivering the build plan according to schedule
• Delivering a successful customer testing and ensure approval (sign-off) of the functional solution (area/module)
• Ensuring the successful completion of the migration and training program for the Ivalua solution (area/module)

What you bring in:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering procurement platform implementations
• Ivalua L3 certification (S2C or SRM)
• Ivalua Project Release Manager certification
• SQL competence and ability to write own querries and logic in SQL
• Technical understanding of Extract Transform Load (ETL)
• Procurement background or understanding especially upstream procurement activities
• Understanding of agile methods and delivering projects in design sprints
