The Investment Manager position is a unique opportunity to join Sanford Health as it builds its internal investment office. The Investment Manager is responsible for working with investment staff to oversee Sanford Healths investment portfolios. Expected to support the operational and investment needs of the portfolios. For operations this includes supporting transactional activities and working with the treasury and accounting teams on reporting needs. For investments this includes analysis of investment managers markets and asset classes in support of manager selection manager monitoring asset allocation and portfolio structuring activities.
Will source managers for inclusion in Sanford Healths portfolios. Perform due diligence on public and private markets managers. Conduct regular meetings with current and prospective managers. Assist with maintaining data files operational tasks reporting and the production of Investment Committee materials in collaboration with the Investment Analyst. Contributes insights and perspectives as it relates to the overall management of the portfolio. Recommends and implements process improvements across the investment program. Represents Sanford Health externally at investment management conferences and other events. Expected to be comfortable leading processes and projects and providing direction to the Investment Analysts. Must demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter exercise sound judgment and manage competing priorities.
Qualifications
